NAFLNorth American Football League
1999–Present

The NAFL, an organization of minor league teams from across the U.S., was established in 1999 by Robert Licopoli. It has grown from its 18 teams its first year to more than 90 teams in 22 divisions, which play 10 weekly games in four months. Western conference teams play from April to July, and eastern conference teams compete from July to September. The top 32 teams enter the playoffs, which end in a championship game.

The NAFL game ball is the same Wilson F1000 that the NFL uses.
